Try to give us a call on 01271 828010, or e-mail as soon as possible to let us know. Even if you’re running late we sometimes allow you to play with a reduced time limit. We will always try to accommodate late arrivals and provide the full experience. However it is likely your activity time will be reduced if you arrive late.
We do not offer refunds, however we recognise that sometimes things happen that make it impossible for you to attend your booking. If this happens please contact us immediately. So long as it is not less than 24 hours before your booked slot we will be able to reschedule or issue you a voucher so you can book in the future. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your booking we will charge a £25 admin fee to cover the cost of the host who is assigned to your game.

Guests that are clearly drunk or high on drugs or stink of Cannabis will not be allowed to play any of our games and your booking will be cancelled with no refund.
We're not like a normal shop, as we only open when we have a booked game. However please get in touch via 01271 828010 or WhatsApp/Email and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
An escape room is where we put you and your team in a themed room and you must try and escape by solving puzzles and challenges. You will have 60 minutes to complete your interactive real time experience. You are guided through a series of clues and puzzles. Working as a team you must solve the puzzles in order to escape. Obviously, it is not quite as easy as that but the experience is designed to be as realistic as possible. For instance our Lost Listening Station is modelled on the intelligence gathering stations which were located on the coast around the UK. We have tried to make your experience as authentic as possible. Consequently, it feels like you are actually transported back to the 1940's for 60 minutes.
At no point in the experience are you physically locked in the room. You are free to leave at any time. However we would rather you stay and complete the game! We always recommend you get in touch with us via our contact page before booking to discuss if you have any concerns.
We recommend 4 people, but we can accommodate groups of 2 to 4. More people doesn’t necessarily mean a faster escape!
There are some confined spaces in our room, but still plenty of space – even with 4 people. If you have any concerns please discuss with your host either in advance or on arrival.
Friends, family, corporate team building events, nights out – anyone who would like to experience something different! It doesn’t matter if you are new to escape rooms or an experienced gamer. You can ask for hints when you need them so you are in control of the difficulty level.
You are not required to crawl around or kneel down so our room is quite accessible for people with decent mobility.
We use acrylic paint in our splatter room, although this is washable when wet, it will stain if allowed to dry. Although we do our best to protect customers clothes by providing disposable overalls, googles and shoe protectors, we cannot control how much paint is thrown around, therefore we recommend wearing old clothing.
Short answer is yes, as we don't have the room to store your masterpiece. We do provide a box to store it in. However if your group literally just want to paint each other then you can ask to not have canvases in the room.
Yes we have dedicated sinks where you can wash your hands after your game.
